Refuge Ranch is City On a Hill's retreat center and camp grounds located in east Texas. Opened in 2019,  Refuge Ranch is the perfect place to get away and be with God while experiencing the beauty of His creation. The ranch is currently under renovation, with plans to make it a fully functional retreat and conference center.
